Project Manager opportunity at a leading Real Estate Investment & Management company in Sydney CBD.

The role is initially working on a Finance System implementation of a invoice-to-cash/accounts receivable tool.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, change, comms and execution to retire issuance of paper-based invoices to retailers
• Prioritise, document, and manage backlog items with business and technical teams
• Define and plan any Phase 2 scope, objectives, and dependencies, including timelines, resourcing, and budget estimates
• Maintain RAID logs and ensure mitigations and ownership are transitioned appropriately
• Provide regular project updates reports to senior stakeholders and Steering Committee

Essential experience:

• 5+ years of end-to-end software implementation Project Management
• Financial System Implementation (Account Payable / Account Receivable / General Ledger) or ERP implementation
• Agile / Waterfall projects
• Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes within tight timeframes

Desirable experience:

• Understanding of processes related to Invoicing, Cash Application and Debt Collection, as well as ERP Software
