Full-time: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5pm
About the Role
Signlite is seeking an enthusiastic member to join our team on a full time basis. We are a thriving signage business in Marrickville, NSW, with over 40 years of industry presence. A can-do attitude is essential.
No experience? No worries. We will teach you everything! Sign making, how to use our tools and operate machines, installations and more.
Our facility houses a wide array of sign-making machinery including:
Printer
Laser cutter
UV and 3D printer
CNC router
Letter bending machine
Guillotine
Welding equipment
Key Responsibilities
Interpret signage drawings and make signage to match
Operate sign making machinery on your own after extensive training
Attend site for installations and conduct as required after extensive training
Take responsibility of your allocated tools and uniform
Collect and deliver materials to/from local suppliers
Actively interact with ClickUp - our phone-app based software
Lodge daily time sheets for each days' work
Be available to work overtime on Fridays or Saturdays where required. Minimum 1x weekend per month may be requested
Available to communicate via mobile and WhatsApp

Required Skills & Experience
Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable and experienced working at heights, including ladder and platform use
White Card (Construction Induction)
Skills & Qualifications - not a deal breaker
Valid Driver’s Licence
Forklift Licence and EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence
Personal Attributes
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
