About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Apprentice Technicians (1st-4th year) to join our client's Air Conditioning and Refrigeration team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience while working towards a nationally recognised trade qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of HVAC systems across residential and commercial sites.
• Support qualified technicians with diagnostic testing, repairs, and system commissioning.
• Perform routine apprentice duties including handling tools, preparing work areas, and basic assembly tasks.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently undertaking (or willing to commence) an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration apprenticeship.
• 1st-4th year apprentice applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in the HVAC industry with a willingness to learn and develop trade skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and proactive in a team environment.
• White Card and driver's license (preferred but not essential).
