Welder/Fabricator & Yard Manager – Join Our Growing Team!

LRG is a family-run fencing company specialising in commercial projects. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator who can also take on yard management duties.

About the Role:

We’re seeking someone with strong welding and fabrication skills, especially in steel (aluminium experience is a plus). Your primary responsibility will be fabricating gates and other metal structures to a high standard.

In addition to fabrication, you'll manage our yard to ensure a safe, clean, and organised workspace. You’ll also handle material pick-ups and deliveries, so a manual C Class driver’s licence is essential.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven welding and fabrication experience (steel is essential; aluminium is desirable)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience managing tools, materials, and yard safety

A current manual C Class driver's licence

A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
