In addition to our core business, we manage two independent venues under operating agreements, creating a growing multi-site portfolio. To support our ongoing expansion and data-driven decision making, we are seeking a talented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial and operational performance across three venues, providing actionable insights to management.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and forecasting models.

• Monitor labour costs, procurement, and inventory efficiency to improve profitability.

• Provide data-driven support for marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and customer engagement programs.

• Collaborate with management to evaluate business opportunities and future expansion.

• Standardise reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency across all venues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business or financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver insights under tight deadlines.
