Project Reporting Coordinator – Property Development

We are a dynamic property development and investment group with a significant real estate project currently underway. To support the scale and importance of this development, we are seeking an experienced Project Finance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a key role working directly with senior management, where you will coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage the project reporting, providing timely reporting to ensure the success of our development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior management in overseeing the reporting the necessary information to adhere to deadlines of a major property development project.
Coordinate with lenders, project superintendent, sales and accounting departments lawyers, and managing Director to ensure accurate information flow is delivered on time.
Track project milestones and manage communication to the various lenders.
Provide information to the internal accounting team to prepare monthly project finance reports, including:
Sales progress (units sold vs. available).
Sales marketing and progress.
Project expenditure vs. budget.
Provide clear progress of the project and advice the MD when required.
About You
Completed Bachelor's degree in, accounting, Finance, Engineering preferred.
Minimum 3 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within property development or construction experience highly desirable
Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organisational ability.
Demonstrates critical thinking with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and recommend solutions.
Strong communication skills with banks, lawyers, auditors, and stakeholders.
High level of common sense, emotional intelligence (EQ), and professional judgement.
Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
What We Offer
