The College is seeking a suitably experienced person to join the maintenance team at the College commencing 27 October 2025. The position reports to the Property Manager and is required to work closely and effectively with the team completing routine maintenance (in line with qualifications held) across a range of areas including event set up, lock up duties, routine and preventative maintenance, occasional cleaning and involvement in the College’s ongoing improvement projects.

The successful applicant will possess experience in the building, facilities and grounds maintenance field. They will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of occupational health and safety in the workplace and the ability to follow formal procedures and verbal directions.

Salary is in line with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022.
