About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Firstchoice convenience' as a full-time Customer Service and Register Sales Assistant. Based in Kogarah NSW 2217, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and managing efficient sales transactions within a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering friendly and personalized customer service to all clients

Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and card payments

Maintaining stock levels and assisting with inventory management

Providing information and advice to customers on pharmaceutical and healthcare products

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Ensuring a clean, tidy and well-organised store at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a pharmacy or retail setting

Minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and card transactions

A friendly, professional and reliable demeanor

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Shift availability requirements are negotiable based on operational needs
