Our guides are the backbone of our company ethos, and only the most dedicated of people/tour guides need apply.
The successful applicant will be vibrant, articulate, reliable and most of all enthusiastic about sharing their passion to our international and domestic guests on tours throughout Sydney, Kiama South Coast or the Blue Mountains.
Attention to the safety and the comfort of our guests, as well as delivering the perfect travel experience are paramount and a key responsibility of this role.
You need to be prepared to work a rotating flexible roster across seven days. We want above average people and we will pay above average with bonus structure.
You must have a good eye for detail, can work independently, be punctual and reliable. We hope you can also help us gather and post content on our social platforms, whilst balancing regular tour guide work.
This role provides great employment benefits and increased earning potential. Full product training will be provided, although knowledge of Sydney regions and our Aussie heritage will be advantageous.
A travel background and the desire for a long term future in the Tourism Industry are essential.
Tour guiding or people management experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.

Skills and experience
The following are MUST have requirements for this role:
Significant experience within the hospitality or customer focus industry.
Minimum 2 years' experience within the hospitality or customer-focused industry
A love for the great outdoors and enjoys photography
Great communication skills
A fun-loving personality
Able to manage small groups
Full standard C class NSW drivers license with a good driving record
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Prepared to start and end their day at Annandale
Detailed knowledge of the South Coast and/or Blue Mountains area
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work across a seven day roster
Mature and diverse life experiences locally and overseas
In good health and enjoy walking in excess of 11000 steps on each tour.
