We are now seeking a Front of House (FOH) Operations Manager to lead our FOH teams across all stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, thrives on innovation, and wants to shape the customer experience at scale.

The Role

As FOH Operations Manager, you will oversee all customer-facing aspects of our business across multiple locations. Your focus will be on creating consistency, driving innovation, and ensuring our staff are well-trained and supported.

You will:

Manage daily FOH operations across several bakery/café locations.

Standardise procedures, systems, and service standards across all stores.

Develop and implement FOH training programs to upskill staff and ensure great customer service.

Coach and mentor store managers and FOH teams.

Monitor and improve customer experience through innovation, efficiency, and consistency.

Support rostering, recruitment, and staff development.

Work closely with the General Manager and BOH leadership team to align business goals.

Analyse performance, identify improvements, and implement solutions across stores.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in FOH leadership within hospitality, café, or QSR environments (multi-site experience highly regarded).

Skilled in training, staff development, and building strong teams.

Passionate about creating consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Organised, innovative, and capable of standardising processes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.

Strong in communication, problem-solving, and people management.
