About the role
For over 100 years, AAT Kings has been sharing the very best of Australia and New Zealand with travellers from around the world. Based in Yulara, right on the doorstep of Uluru, our Guest Experience Manager leads the frontline team responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with bookings and ensuring every journey begins smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management with a passion for creating lasting memories for our guests.
Day to Day, You Will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Guest Experience Agents to deliver exceptional customer service
Oversee daily operations at our Yulara base, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and tour departures
Handle escalated guest queries with a calm, solutions-focused approach
Support the team in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the guest journey
Manage reporting, scheduling, and administrative requirements for the Guest Experience team
Build strong relationships with guests, trade partners, and internal stakeholders
Act as the key point of contact for local operational needs, working closely with wider business leaders
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated and people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. To succeed, you’ll bring:
Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within tourism, hospitality, or retail
A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team
Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential; reservations systems desirable)
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
