Location: Ayers Rock / Yulara
About the role
For over 100 years, AAT Kings has been sharing the very best of Australia and New Zealand with travellers from around the world. Based in Yulara, right on the doorstep of Uluru, our Guest Experience Agents will promote, sell and provide advice on our amazing AAT Kings products, creating lifetime memories for our guests
Day to day, you will:
Retaining bookings by cross-selling and upselling across our touring brands.
Supporting customers and trade partners when departures are withdrawn, offering suitable alternatives.
Handling escalated customer queries and resolving concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
Managing reporting, rescheduling, and database administration.
Building strong relationships with customers to truly understand their travel needs.
Supporting the Contact Centre and other stakeholders with product, system, and process knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a people person through and through, with a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and excited about their experience. To succeed, you’ll bring:
Proven customer service experience (hospitality, tourism, or retail welcomed)
Great communication and teamwork skills
Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including some weekends
