Agent Liaison – Help Us Uncover The Best Property Opportunities
Contractor basis with the potential to grow into a full-time role
Parley is a Melbourne-based buyer’s agency that helps clients buy smarter. We combine genuine relationships with data-driven strategy to secure the right property at the right price. Now we’re looking for an Agent Liaison to be our front-line connector with the real estate industry — the person who keeps our finger on the market’s pulse.
Who You Are
You’re a natural communicator who can build rapport quickly over the phone.
You’re confident calling agents, asking the right questions, and leaving a great impression.
You’re organised, consistent, and follow through on every lead.
You enjoy the buzz of property and want to be part of a team that’s shaping smart buying decisions.
You’re self-motivated and happy working independently without constant supervision.
What You’ll Do
Call selling agents daily to source on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities.
Build long-term relationships so agents think of Parley first when they have the right listing.
Gather intel on upcoming campaigns, vendor situations, and market sentiment.
Record detailed call notes in our CRM so the whole team stays informed.
Share insights and opportunities with Buyer’s Agents in real time
Be the voice and ears of Parley in the marketplace.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or a similar client-facing role.
Confident phone manner and strong people skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Knowledge of property or real estate is an advantage but not essential — we’ll train you.
Ability to work remotely with discipline and consistency.
This Role Won’t Be the Right Fit If…
Picking up the phone to call agents or meet new people makes you uncomfortable.
You prefer to stay behind a desk rather than getting out to inspections and seeing properties in person.
You need constant step-by-step direction instead of taking initiative.
You’re only looking for “a job” rather than wanting to contribute to and grow with a business you believe in.
