About the Role:

Join the dynamic leadership team at UCH and take charge of nursing excellence across RACS! As NUM, you'll drive strategic recruitment, manage rosters and workloads, and lead clinical teams with expertise and passion. You'll champion safety and quality standards, streamline patient flow, and collaborate across ACT health services to deliver outstanding care.

Based at the vibrant University of Canberra campus, this role spans UCH, Canberra Hospital, and Community Nursing. Reporting to the ADON UCH, you'll shape the future of nursing through innovation, teamwork, and operational brilliance.
