About the Role:
The Midwifery Continuity Program Lead provides clinical and strategic leadership to support high-quality, safe, and women-centred care within the Women, Youth & Children Division. This role works closely with the midwifery leadership team to drive change, foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a small caseload of up to seven births annually. The position is responsible for managing staffing, resources, and budgets within the Continuity programs, ensuring effective clinical governance and continuous improvement. It also supports workforce development through recruitment, staff training, and performance management, while contributing to policy development and quality initiatives that enhance midwifery care.
