Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in installing windows or carpentry

Tasks & Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the quality of all products being installed in customer homes and new build sites

Responsible for remedial visits and warranty request

Provide guidance to installers on their daily workload

Oversee the installation team processes and help others understand what is required

Ordering needs for installations

Install or replace uPVC windows and doors into existing residential or new buildings

Load vans each day with installation needs

Take accurate measurements and interpret construction drawings

Silicone seal and trim windows and doors

Complete all aspects of the carpentry requirements to a high standard

Drive company vehicles and tow trailers to site if required

Effectively manage your own time, keeping in line with job deadlines and customer expectations

By physically fit

Have good customer service skills

Ability to communicate effectively

Be comfortable working at heights

Work as part of a team adhering to installation and health and safety processes

Use of tools safely and effectively

Leave sites in a clean and tidy fashion

Plan ahead by studying sales office schedules and instructions during traveling times

Ensuring company vehicles are kept tidy with all tools stored correctly

Other duties as directed by the Operations Manager

Benefits

Fully maintained company van, fuel card and credit card will be provided with this role. Excellent minimum working hours of a 38hr week – 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 1.30pm Friday giving you an early start to the weekend. Overtime is available with the added benefit of increased potential earnings in excess of $7-10K+ per annum.
