About the Role

Seeking an experienced, driven, and adaptable Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a dynamic team working on a range of customer-facing initiatives within the Customer Corporate Service arm.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and uplifting processes and technology to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders across business and technology to understand current processes and pain points.
• Elicit, consolidate, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
• Ask the right questions to uncover hidden needs and define the real business problem.
• Work closely with customer service and corporate services teams to identify opportunities for uplift.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology changes across multiple systems.
• Build business cases for process and technology improvements, identifying benefits and feasibility.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in banking and/or financial services
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand business domains and technology landscapes.
• Skilled in eliciting requirements and translating them into clear deliverables.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and navigating ambiguity.
• Passionate about solving real customer problems and improving service delivery.
• Experience in customer service or corporate services domains is highly desirable.
