We're looking for compassionate, proactive, and reliable Disability Support Specialists ready to help us build something meaningful from the ground up.

The Role:

As a Disability Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Participants live their best lives by:

Providing respectful, person-centred care and daily living support.

Supporting mobility and independence in line with care plans.

Building positive relationships with Participants and families.

Being proactive, fun-loving, and dependable at every turn.

Keeping accurate healthcare documentation and following all safety standards.

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rates: $35.00 - $38.00/hr + superannuation + penalty rates.

What You Bring:

NDIS Worker Screening Check (required).

Working With Children Check (required).

First Aid & CPR certification (required).

Police Check (current).

Cert III or equivalent paid experience.

Driver’s license, comprehensive car insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Right to work in Australia (e.g. Passport, Birth Certificate).

Manual handling and hoist training is a bonus!
