Disability Support Worker – Inclusive Solutions Australia Group (ISA)
About Us
Inclusive Solutions Australia Group (ISA) is a values-driven NDIS provider dedicated to supporting people with disability across South-East Queensland. We deliver supports in daily living, community access, education, training, and employment pathways, empowering people to build independence, meaningful skills, and strong community connections.
The participants we support live with invisible disabilities such as autism, psychosocial disabilities, intellectual impairments, and mental health conditions. We take pride in providing tailored, person-centred supports that respect choice and control while promoting safety, independence, and inclusion.
Our participants are at the heart of everything we do, and our workplace culture is built on respect, professionalism, and genuine care. ISA has recently completed its three-year NDIS re-registration audit, achieving a Rating Three outcome – the highest possible result – which reflects our commitment to quality, compliance, and safeguarding.
