The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and among a supportive close knit team environment, the role will encompass both Accounts Payable & Receivable duties including:

• Timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Complete weekly and ad hoc payment runs
• Reconciliation duties
• Allocate and receipt customer payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with following up overdue / outstanding accounts
• Handle queries from both suppliers and customers
• Provide support to the finance team where required
• Ad hoc duties where required

Candidate Profile
Will have proven experience in both Accounts position, as well as the following attributes:

• Excellent time management skills with an ability to multi-task and juggle varying responsibilities
• A passion for accounts and keen desire to complete all tasks to a high standard
• Positive and bubbly personality
• Strong communication skills, from both a written and verbal perspective
• A keen eye for detail
