SHEETH is currently on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our team! This role will see you managing your own projects in the commercial and fit-out construction space. You’ll work on our operations team based in our head office in Marrickville. Working alongside a site foreman seeing projects from site establishment through to completion. This role would suit a CA looking for the next step in their career or a Jr PM looking for exposure to a variety of projects.

Key Functions will include, however won't be limited to:

Sourcing and vetting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers as required.

Assistance with day-to-day co-ordination of suppliers and procurement.

Client relations - ensuring timely follow up and response.

Managing variations and claims on current projects

Program management

Project finalisation

What we are looking for:

You have a sound level of knowledge and a minimum 3 years’ experience in the Australian building industry

Ability to read understand plans, understanding the process and steps throughout the phases of construction.

You demonstrate a high level of understanding of procurement.

You possess sound knowledge of subcontractors/scope of works.
