About the Role

You’ll be a trusted adviser from first enquiry to handover and beyond. This is hands-on and detail-driven, perfect for someone who enjoys the process as much as the product.

You will:

Respond quickly to online leads and create engaging video walk-throughs

Guide customers through options, history, pricing and running costs

Appraise trade-ins with accuracy and fairness

Coordinate reconditioning, photography and listing quality

Deliver a seamless, professional handover that builds loyalty

Maintain immaculate yard standards and honest, up-to-date adverts

Stay current on EVs, hybrids and market trends so your advice is credible

Who We’re Looking For

Professionally presented, genuine and customer-focused

Tech-savvy and organised, with strong written and verbal communication

Experience in used cars, premium retail or consultative sales is valued

Comfortable working to targets and proud of doing things properly
