As the Connections Team Leader, you’ll guide a passionate team that makes an immediate difference every day. You’ll make sure service requests are actioned quickly, connect participants with trusted providers, and keep the team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Support, motivate, and guide your team to deliver exceptional service.

Make Connections Happen: Ensure NDIS participants are quickly linked with providers who truly meet their needs.

Solve & Improve: Troubleshoot challenges, improve processes, and keep everything running efficiently.

Work Across Teams: Partner with our Provider team to bring new services onboard and maintain strong relationships.

Spot Trends: Use data insights to identify what’s working — and where we can grow.

Be the Go To: Act as the key contact for your team, senior management, and providers.

Scale our impact: Act as a catalyst for growth through close collaboration with our Allied Health specialists and Allied Health providers to help people avoid waitlists and get them into therapy via our Onboarding service

What We’re Looking For

· Proven leadership experience (bonus points if in health, disability, or customer service).

· A problem solver who thrives on creating better systems and outcomes.

· Strong communicator who can handle tough conversations and build relationships.

· Comfortable working with CRMs and data to guide decisions.

· Passion for making a difference in the disability sector.
