Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily front of house operations, including dining room, bar, and customer service areas.

Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Supervise front of house staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.

Oversee dining reservations and seating arrangements.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the kitchen and back of house staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent dining experiences.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the front of house areas.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge of POS systems.
