Lead a vibrant retirement village in one of Queensland’s most beautiful coastal towns.

We’re currently partnering with a leading provider in the sector to find an experienced Retirement Living Manager to lead a well established, welcoming village on the Sunshine Coast.

In this hands on leadership role, you’ll be the central contact for residents, staff, and the wider community. You’ll oversee the smooth running of the village - from team leadership and resident wellbeing to budgets, maintenance and community engagement. You’ll have the support of a collaborative head office team and enjoy a role where no two days are the same.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Building strong, respectful relationships with residents and families
• Leading and supporting your on site team
• Managing budgets, financial reporting, and general administration
• Coordinating property maintenance, gardening, and compliance tasks
• Supporting unit sales, marketing, and resident onboarding
• Handling resident feedback or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Contributing to village life and promoting a positive, inclusive community

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in management or leadership (retirement living experience is a bonus)
• A warm, empathetic approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid financial acumen and confidence with reporting and planning
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act or Home Care Packages
