About the role
As the Village Manager for Sodexo, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Site in Dysart QLD.
This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service and quality of life for our residents. You will be the face of the community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment while managing all aspects of the village's administration and facilities.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall operations and administration of the residential village, including overseeing staff, budgets, and maintenance
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the resident experience
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of all village services, such as catering, housekeeping, and leisure activities
Foster a positive and collaborative community culture, addressing resident concerns and facilitating social events
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation governing the management of a residential village
Liaise with key stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external service providers
Manage the village's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or residential aged care sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
Demonstrated skills in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation
Thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and legislation
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as business management, hospitality, or aged care
