The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple residential sites

Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and deliveries

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure compliance with building regulations

Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently

Enforce and maintain WHS protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain high performance

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in residential construction

A relevant university qualification (Construction Management or similar) is preferred

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects under pressure
