About the Role
The Training Development Support and Compliance (TDSC) Directorate undertakes a service function that facilitates the development and maintenance of products, resources and quality assurance systems to support the achievement of high-quality training outcomes.
The TDSC Directorate is responsible for maintaining the agency's status as a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation. In addition to its product development and compliance role, TDSC ensures the governance, reporting and accessibility of DFES training are maximised through management of the eLearning Systems.
This role oversees the development, design, and quality assurance of both nationally recognised and DFES-specific training programs for staff and volunteers. It provides leadership in training product delivery, skills recognition, continuous improvement, and compliance with organisational and national standards.
The position ensures training policies and materials remain current, manages stakeholder relationships, supports training projects across business units, oversees budgets and contracts, and drives ongoing improvement through feedback and collaboration with internal and external partners.
