The First Aid Training Company is on the lookout for experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team on a casual/contract basis.

The First Aid Training Company is a Registered Training Organisation (E Firstaid Pty Ltd RTO 91232) located in Newcastle, NSW. We pride ourselves on having quality trainers and delivering quality training to those who come through our doors. We provide training in Newcastle as well as on our client’s sites.

We are searching for motivated, flexible, and professional First Aid and WHS trainers and assessors to join our team.

We are looking for trainers in several units of competency, including the below:

HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation

HLTAID010 Provide basic emergency life support

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting

HLTAID013 Provide First Aid in remote or isolated site

HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid

HLTAID015 Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy

HLTAID016 Manage first aid services and resources

PUAEME008 Provide pain management

CPPFES2005 Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment

PUAFER005 Operate as part of an emergency control organisation

11270 Course in disability first aid

Successful applicants must have:

TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Preferably have a minimum 3 years of training experience, however not essential.

Hold current qualifications in the above units or willingness to get.

Current Police Check and Working with Children Check

Strong time management, organisational and communication skills

Drivers License and own car with willingness to travel if required

Willingness to work weekends if required
