The Role:

Drive the success of the services under your mentorship across all 7 quality areas through close collaboration with Centre Leadership teams.

You will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of strategic and effective programs, resources and professional learning throughout the centres in alignment with National frameworks and the organisation's Philosophy.

You will be a present and positive member of each centre team, with a relationships-focused approach to providing excellent management and mentorship.

This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced leaders with multi-site management experience and strong pedagogical knowledge to further their career. Experienced Director's will also be considered for the role and are welcome to apply.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma in Children's Services or above (or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
• NESA accreditation (if applicable)
• Multisite management experience or over 4 year's experience as a Centre Director
• Full drivers license and access to own car
• Team mentality and solutions focused approach
• Genuine passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences and care to children
• Valid WWCC check
