💡 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing an Early Education Centre.

Diploma (minimum) in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor highly regarded).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.

A genuine passion for child safety, family partnerships, and educator wellbeing.

A leader who balances compliance with creativity and heart.
