Eligibility:

Position: Network Inspector

Locations: East Perth, Jandakot, Neerabup

Rate: $45 - $50/hour (incl. 25% casual loading) + Super

Hours: Monday to Friday | 6am–6pm | 80 hours across 9 shifts per fortnight

Role Description:

Effectively carrying out the inspection of road assets to identify, prioritise and report on road condition and defects.

Undertake network inspections to identify defects related to roads, vegetation, signs etc.

Provide scope of maintenance work and defect priorities to assist maintenance delivery.

Essential Criteria:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications

Competent with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook & Excel)

Excellent attention to detail and observation skills

Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Valid WA C-Class Driver’s Licence

Construction White Card

National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desirable Criteria:

Prior experience in road maintenance and construction

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
