About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer / Bobcat Operator to join our team on a range of civil and construction projects across Perth. This is a great opportunity for operators looking for ongoing work, competitive pay and a supportive crew.

Key Duties

Safe and efficient operation of skid steer/bobcat

Site preparation, levelling, trenching, and spreading

Loading, transporting, and site clean-ups

Basic machine checks and daily maintenance

Assisting with civil and construction works

What We're Looking For

Skid Steer / Bobcat ticket or VOC

White Card (Construction Induction)

HR/HC licence highly regarded

Experience in civil / earthmoving / construction

Minimum 2 years experience in civil / earthmoving / construction

Reliable, safe, and team-focused

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening

Must have full rights to work in Australia

Physically fit and capable of manual labour in various weather conditions
