Q1 Medical is a modern, patient focused GP clinic committed to providing high quality healthcare to our community. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Role Details

Hours:

Monday – Tuesday: 11:30 AM until close

Wednesday – Thursday: 3:00 PM until close

Occasional weekend shifts as required

Location: Q1 Medical Hoppers Crossing and Melton

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner

Managing appointments and patient records using Best Practice software

Answering phone calls, responding to enquiries, and handling correspondence

Processing billings, Medicare claims, and payments accurately

Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow staff to ensure smooth clinic operations

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in using Best Practice medical software (essential)

Professional, well-presented, and able to deliver excellent customer service

Organised with strong communication and multitasking skills

A team player who thrives in a busy clinic environment

Ideally not a student, as we are seeking long-term commitment with a pathway to a permanent position
