The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated individual to join our Brisbane Service Centre as a Service Technician! This is a casual role, and we’re looking for someone who’d love the flexibility but is available for 3–5 shifts each week.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who’s passionate about learning and looking to start their career in a technical field. No previous experience is necessary — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide comprehensive training so you can become confident and capable in servicing and repairing our industry-leading products.

• Get hands-on servicing and repairing Thermomix and Kobold vacuums (don’t worry, full training will be provided)
• Be an integral part of our stocktakes and keep things running smoothly
• Follow work health and safety practices to keep everyone safe and sound
• Engage with customers, providing them with expert advice on servicing outcomes and processes
• Support warehouse operations, assisting with the full incoming and dispatch lifecycle

Preferred Candidate:

• Prior experience in a production or service environment is highly valued.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude—experience as a service technician is a plus.
• Proficient in the safe operation of hand and battery-powered tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a logical and analytical approach to challenges.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with a strong drive for learning and professional growth.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 15kg and standing for prolonged periods.
• A forklift license is preferred, though training may be offered to the right candidate.
