Emirates Leisure Retail Australia New Zealand (ELRANZ) operates over 30 venues across 6 Airports in the region. These include the fresh and vibrant 100 Miles (ADL), the Italian inspired pasta bar Gusto (MEL& SYD) and our own café brand BARista (PER & SYD). We also partner with iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), AFL (MEL), and Little Creatures (PER). Launching into Australia in 2008, ELRANZ has rapidly expanded into the Airport Bar & Restaurant marketplace, setting the benchmark globally in premium airport dining.

THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are currently looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants and Supervisors who are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our remarkable venues situated at Adelaide Airport. We have multiple Casual positions available, with the potential to advance to permanent roles. Successful applicants must be able to work on a 7-day rotating roster, which includes weekends and public holidays.

Casual and Permanent Positions Available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS (but not limited to)

Serve our valued guests with enthusiasm

Providing table service and taking orders

Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines and spirits

Making barista quality coffee (training provided)

All whilst following ELRNZ policies, guidelines and procedures

Reacts to service barriers to ensure smooth & efficient service

Monitor and train on guest service to maintain high standards

Manages roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shift

Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISORS (but not limited to)

Live, breathe and deliver our company values out to your team members

Serve our valued customers with enthusiasm

Reacts to service barriers to ensure smooth & efficient service

Monitor and train on guest service to maintain high standards

Provide training to the team on how to maximise sales through average check growth (ATV)

Manages roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shift

Ensures all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordingly

Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes

Maintains store cleanliness standards including completion of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Understand and practice Food Safety at all times, as defined by the company Food Control Plan

Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards

Ensures full compliance to uniform & grooming standards every shift.

Able to train and supervise Front of House team members

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the café/restaurant industry

Completes all on-line training and reads all notices published on Deputy & Employment Hero

Previous experience as a Front of House team member or in a customer service related role preferred but not essential (training provided)
