Join our team at Luciano’s on the Marina, one of Adelaide’s premier waterfront dining destinations. We are seeking a passionate Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service and help deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The Role

Shifts Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30am, usually finishing between 11am–3pm.

Work solo mid-week and lead a small FOH team of 3–4 on weekends (larger teams during summer).

Hands-on, guest-facing position: welcoming and engaging with customers, building strong relationships and creating regulars.

Responsible for opening procedures, setting up the venue, and managing breakfast stock orders.

What We’re Looking For

RP Badge (essential)

Strong coffee-making skills (essential).

A la carte service experience is highly regarded.

Someone with initiative, reliability, and a focus on exceptional guest service.

Prior supervisory experience is beneficial but not required – this is an excellent opportunity for a senior waiter or barista ready to step into leadership.
