We’re partnering with two well-established electrical contractors to appoint experienced Project Managers for permanent positions based in Brisbane & Southern Suburbs. One role is focused on commercial projects across education, hospitality and corporate sectors. The other is industrial, delivering site-based upgrades and infrastructure across water, manufacturing and heavy industry.

These are senior roles offering long-term opportunity, autonomy on projects, and the backing of capable, values-driven teams.

About the Roles

• Commercial Project Manager (Brisbane-based)
  Lead commercial projects across Highrise commercial, education, hospitality and corporate sectors. Oversee delivery from award to closeout with a strong pipeline of quality-driven, fast-paced work.
• Industrial Project Manager (Yatala-based)
  Manage industrial upgrades and infrastructure projects across water, manufacturing, and heavy industry. Oversee long-running, technically challenging works, ensuring compliance with SEQ Water and client requirements.

Responsibilities
• Manage full project delivery from handover through to commissioning
• Plan, resource and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Track project progress, costs, and productivity to maintain profitability
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, site teams and leadership
• Provide guidance, structure, and support to supervisors and trades

What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years experience in electrical project management (commercial or industrial)
• Solid understanding of project delivery, scheduling, and budgeting
• Qualified Electrician
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Current Australian driver's licence
