About the Role We’re partnering with an established Tier 2 contractor delivering water infrastructure, defence, airport, and civil projects across the nation.

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and programmes, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a key leadership role driving safety, quality, and commercial outcomes across major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management including cost, program, and client reporting
• Lead project teams across engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Manage client interface and key stakeholders
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Commercial management of subcontractors and variations

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
• 10+ years’ experience with a Principal Contractor on projects >$30M
• Proven leadership in delivering programs, mentoring teams, and ensuring safe outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen in budgets, forecasts, claims, and variations
• Detailed knowledge of head/subcontract agreements and self-performed works

Salary & Benefits

• $180,000 – $220,000 + Super + Vehicle
