Criteria:

• Strong skills across the project life cycle with an emphasis on front end design - project inception through to design development
• Lead the creative process at a senior level, seeing work is delivered exceeding client brief
• People skills for involvement in client relations, collaborative engagement in team settings and coordinating external sources
• Time management skills to coordinate deadlines and established project objectives
• Revit native with excellent hands on skills + Rhino skills highly regarded

About you:

• Experience in Multi Residential / Hotel works to reflect current pipeline
• 8-10+ years of studio experience in Australian architecture
• Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards
• A positive and committed attitude
