The Casino RSM Club is now looking for a Bar and Gaming Supervisors with exceptional customer service skills and a flexible approach to their roster to join the team and lead the staff. There will be plenty of opportunity to further develop your skills and build your knowledge within role.

We are seeking a strong, motivated leader and team player to undertake our Supervisor role at the Club. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily front of house operations of the Club; ensuring superior levels of service are being met at all times. This includes effectively allocating staffing resources and supervising employees in all frontline areas of the Club.

Located in the heart of Casino, the Club offers amazing facilities for functions, dining and entertainment and is dedicated to the cultural, sporting and social development of the people of Casino and the Richmond Valley.

What you will do

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service to our members and their guests

Supervising the on goings of the Club, including overseeing Bar and Gaming Services

Leading and coordinating staff in a motivating, efficient and effective manner

Cash handling tasks and responsibilities

Oversee the cleanliness of the Club facilities

To be considered for this role you will:

Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.

Possess Certificate IV in Hospitality/Leadership or similar tertiary qualifications in business, hospitality, or events or at least 5 years front of house hospitality experience in a fast-paced environment.

Possess sound supervisory experience or have management experience within the Hospitality industry preferred

Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience is required.

Be RSA & ARCG certified

Possess excellent communication skills

Be well groomed and professional

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Be able to make confident decisions

Be responsible, level-headed and focused on getting the job done

Demonstrate initiative to problem solving

Be able to address positive or negative performance when necessary

Take a hands-on approach and lead by example

Understand, deliver and enforce policies and procedures

Possess knowledge and experience in gaming, beverage, Keno and TAB

Possess experience in cash handling

Be physically fit enough to work on your feet all day and lift and move heavy items such as a keg of beer when required.

Shift and weekend work is essential to this role
