About the Role:
As Manager - Transaction Services, you’ll be responsible for leading a team that manages day-to-day transaction processing, payments, reconciliations, and lending support. You will play a key role in developing team capability, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and coaching to a team delivering core financial operations
• Build a team culture that prioritises accountability, service excellence, and collaboration
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex service issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and lending support
• Maintain strong relationships with external service providers and manage vendor performance
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and service delivery
• Support compliance with regulatory and policy requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• A proven background in financial services, banking, or a similar environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service improvement
• Proven experience in managing transactional operations, including payments and reconciliations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Experience with core banking systems, and Microsoft Office tools
• Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline
