About the role:

Casual or perm part time

approx 3 days per week available

We are currently seeking an energetic and committed individual to join our friendly team in our Community located in Springdale Heights. Reporting directly to the Community Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for gardening as well as maintenance of the park.

Our Community consists of permanent residential sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lawn mowing, whipper snipping and general garden upkeep and maintenance

Perform routine maintenance to plant and equipment as required

Skills and Experience:

Prior experience in similar role

Previous use of zero turn ride on mowers and lawn equipment

Excellent communication and team work skills

Knowledge in stormwater preferred

General maintenance experience required

Proactive and highly organised with the ability to multitask

Valid drivers license
