Jadan Pool Renovations (part of Aquatic Leisure Technologies, ALT) is a WA-owned crew that brings tired old pools back to life. Fibreglass, concrete, cracked, faded — we fix it up, make it shine, and hand it back looking brand new.

A day in the life

Start from Jandakot or head straight to site. Drain the pool, brace it, grind it back, patch and prep, spray on fresh gelcoat, finish it off. Refill, balance the water, snap a few pics on the iPad, and boom — another backyard saved.

You’ll fit right in if you’ve got

Experience in fibreglass, spray painting, auto body or concrete repair

Confidence with tools, spray gear and working outdoors

A White Card + WA C-Class driver’s licence (non-negotiable)

Reliability, stamina, and a decent eye for detail

Bonus points: Forklift, First Aid, Confined Space or Working at Heights tickets

Some interstate/regional travel if the job calls for it (all covered)
