We are looking for a highly motivated and focused go-getter with strong communication skills. If you thrive on being organised and working towards deadlines, this is the role for you! This position is based in our Moranbah office, with the expectation of occasional site visits

What will your day look like?

• Assisting with the onboarding of employees to site (e.g., Accommodation booking & pre-employment checks)
• Liaising with clients to achieve their labour hire needs
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates
• High-volume admin duties (database management & compliance)
• Working closely with Site Managers

In simple terms, as a Site Coordinator, no two days will be the same! Yes, it’s a fast-paced environment, but guess what? We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
