About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Altona. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers and distributors around the world receive their orders seamlessly.

You will be the key link between our Melbourne team, our USA 3PL partner, international suppliers, and our warehouses. From monitoring stock and resolving order issues, to arranging global shipments and handling customs documentation, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across our supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing daily communication with our USA 3PL and AU warehouse teams.

Monitoring ShipHero for order errors (address issues, SKU discrepancies, stock issues) and resolving them quickly.

Organising international shipments from suppliers to our USA 3PL or AU warehouse via DHL or freight brokers.

Handling daily DHL and customs-related emails, completing required forms (e.g., LOA).

Keeping accurate stock records and liaising with suppliers to place replenishment orders.

Creating and maintaining stock charts, lead-time reports, and providing weekly/monthly updates to management.

Coordinating with warehouse staff on daily order issues, including customs documentation.

Booking overseas distributor shipments, weighing and measuring pallets, and obtaining broker quotes to secure the best freight deals.

Ensuring all SKUs, HS codes, and customs duty requirements are correctly managed.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills — attention to detail is everything in this role.

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.

Confidence working with 3PL platforms (experience with ShipHero is highly regarded).

Understanding of SKUs, HS codes, customs duties, and international shipping processes.

Proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about what they do, and brings positive energy to the workplace.

Based in Altona — this is an in-office role (not remote).

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 2:30 pm, with the possibility of longer hours as the business continues to grow.
