About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients and clinicians, responsible for managing treatment plans and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting consultations with patients to explain treatment options and financial plans.

Coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth scheduling with clinicians.

Building strong patient relationships and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey.

Assisting patients in understanding costs, health fund claims, and payment options.

Experience with dental software systems is required for managing patient records and billing processes.

Working closely with the practice manager and dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Warm, empathetic, and professional with excellent communication skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Experienced in dental, medical, or allied health (preferred, but not essential if you have strong customer service skills).

Confident in presenting treatment plans and financial discussions.

A team player who thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment.
