Day in the life of an Sales Consultant
Be a Sales Champion: You'll be the friendly voice & helpful hand for our customers managing enquiries in the Energy field using your past experience and owning the sales cycle from lead to close.
Previous energy sector experience preferred but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
You will be able to build rapport with every customer while treating them with respect, honesty and integrity.

Your skills to pay the bills
Inbound Sales person who gets a kick from hitting target, but can also bounce back from the "no"
A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
Problem-solving prowess and the ability to think on your feet
Proficiency with technology and ability to navigate across multiple platforms and software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, comfortable with multi-screen setups, and able to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
Contact centre or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential
The must-haves
Full work rights to work within Australia
A National Police clearance - satisfactory requirements to be met
Availability to work from our Melbourne CBD location, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Ability to start 15 September 2025
