We are seeking a proactive and professional auto-technical sales representative to join our client's growing team on a full-time basis. Full training for the position, including in-depth product knowledge, will be provided.

Our client is a 100% Australian family-owned market leader in the automotive electrical wholesale industry since its establishment 30 years ago. Their team strives to excel in customer service - backed by years of trade-based industry knowledge and in-house product research and development, to service a broad range of markets across Sydney.

You will be servicing a diverse customer base, including:

• Distributors / Resellers
• Mining and Heavy Construction
• Independent Auto Electricians
• A range of OEM's and Manufacturers
• 4x4 Accessories Up fitters
• Local councils and government sectors

You will be promoting renowned brand name products, and your duties will be:

• Promoting products and providing solutions
• Develop and close sales through direct dealing or via distributor network
• Preparing quotes and pricing tenders
• Assisting distributors and clients on site with technical installations
• Demonstrating products
• Conducting sales on the road - State travel required monthly

To be successful for this role, you will need:

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Current Open Driver's Licence
• Good presentation with a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Competent computer skills
• Experience in sales in the auto electrical industry
• Technical sales would be highly regarded
