About the Role:

NCVE is currently looking for qualified Trainers & Assessors with industry experience in , Logistics, Traffic Control, White Card and Asbestos and Silica Awareness to deliver high-quality, practical training across Western and South Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, compliant training and assessment that meets the requirements of the VET Quality Framework and state training authorities

Maintain compliance with the Standards for RTOs, including accurate assessment evidence and student records

Promote NCVE’s programs through strong relationships with WFA providers, community organisations, and local businesses

Conduct training sessions using NCVE’s approved resources while maintaining delivery integrity

Actively participate in continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods

Support student progression, engagement, and retention through ongoing guidance and communication

Uphold NCVE’s mission and values in all professional conduct

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Current TAE40122 (or TAE40116) Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

Relevant qualifications and recent industry experience in one or more of the following:

Traffic Control

Logistics/Warehousing

White Card

Asbestos and Silica Awareness

Sound knowledge of vocational education and training (VET) compliance requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Strong computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate training records

A genuine commitment to learner outcomes and quality training
